Intestinal abundance of Aβ. The abundance of Aβ in the mice maintained on low-fat control chow (LF), diet enriched in saturated fatty acids (SFA), monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) or polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) was semi-quantitatively determined with immunofluorescent microscopy. a Semi-quantitative abundance of Aβ is expressed as voxel intensity of immunoreactivity per tissue area.
