The alteration of glycerophospholipid classes in cerebral cortex of SAMP8 mice in four groups. Glycerophospholipid composition was measured following two 2-month dietary intervention. Results were presented as mean and standard deviation (n = 8). The comparison of LF and HF group was tested by unpaired two-tailed student’s t-test. Different letters among HF, DPC and DPS groups represented significant difference at P < 0.05 determined by one-way ANOVA (Tukey’s test)
