  1. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed to determine various parameters to insulin ΔAUC during the IPGTT (n = 22). The changes in aortic 12αOH BAs and cecal acetic acid concentration explained 52% of the total variance in the model as predictors of insulin ΔAUC.
