  1. aThe diagnostic criteria for IH were that only FT4 was below the 5th percentile with a normal TSH level (2.5th-97.5th). The reference ranges for this study center specifically were FT4 ≤ 5.23 ng/L and TSH 0.48-3.91 mIU/L in the second trimester; FT4 ≤ 5.40 ng/L and TSH 0.42-4.33 mIU/L in the third trimester during pregnancy. bCompared with the control group, the IH group displayed higher levels of dyslipidemia, mainly reflected in elevated TC, TG, LDL-C and Apo B. cCategories according to World Health Organization(WHO): underweight: < 18.5 kg/m2, normal: 18.5≤x<24 kg/m2, overweight: 24≤x<28 kg/m2, obesity≥28 kg/m2. dΔBMI, BMI at delivery minus prepregnancy BMI
