TRL concentrations correlated with systemic inflammation under fasting and postprandial conditions in patients with DM and SCAD. Pearson correlation analysis shows TRLs (TG/RLP-C) and systemic inflammation markers (IL-6/TNF-α) are positively correlated under both fasting and postprandial conditions, with the correlation stronger in the postprandial conditions. Serum TNF-α concentration is only correlated with RLP-C under the postprandial condition. Bivariate correlation analysis, r represents the Pearson coefficient of correlation.
