(B) LDH released from fascial cells treated for 5 days with different concentrations (35–140 µM) of suramin. LDH activity in the cell lysate and culture medium was measured at an absorbance of 440 nm via a microplate reader. LDH activity release rate was calculated as follows: (supernatant LDH activity)/(supernatant LDH activity + lysate LDH activity). Data were obtained from three independent experiments and are shown as mean ± STD.
