  1. Age at onset and age at diagnosis were analyzed using the Mann–Whitney test, and the corresponding U and P values were obtained. TC, LDL-C, sitosterol and campesterol were tested by unpaired t tests, and the corresponding t and P values were obtained. Other data were analyzed by exact FISH, and only P values were obtained
